Hi, I’m Ramona Heidi.

I’m a curious explorer and empath. I carry a wild spirit and a soft welcoming heart.

I exist to heal, and, by participating in my own healing, I am motivated to offer a healing space to the world.

I am forever working on listening well: to my own voice, to hear others deeply, and to tune into Spirit.

My passion is to offer presence to help us remember who we are – embodied spirits that carry the Divine spark in this world.

My Approach

The training school of Spiritual Direction I graduated from, Prairie Jubilee, uses the Enneagram as a lens through which to understand the world, ourselves, and our interconnectedness. I have been a student of the enneagram since 2014, while in seminary, and this ancient wisdom has revolutionized my life. My work with the Enneagram has been remembering that I am a gift, I have a voice, and when I share my voice and presence the world is better for it. 

My spiritual roots are Christian, mostly found in the Mennonite church, and I have been on my own deconstruction journey, reinterpreting and reclaiming what holds true for me today. Along the way have I found much wisdom in other spiritual paths, particularly the mystic traditions. Today, I choose to name myself as Inter-spiritual.  I am open to working with all-- those from other spiritual traditions or none.

I’m particularly interested in journeying with folks who are deconstructing old faith systems, offering opportunities for exploration, holding space for those in that dark in-between place, as old pillars fall and a new framework is being built.

  • I believe that inner work and spiritual engagement supports our well-being to be able to create healthy communities. In a spirit of shared justice-seeking, my hope is to work together for human rights and healing in our world.

  • I am committed to collective healing and join the voices of those who believe that, in order to sustain the work of social justice and inner growth, we need to include compassion for self and others, self-awareness, and spiritual care in our process of social transformation.
