Spiritual direction is where we uncover some of the most profound things about ourselves, our relationship to the world, and the Divine. We experience the freedom to explore new ideas and feel the acceptance of being listened to deeply. Spiritual direction is soul-healing work, where we learn to hear our own voice and notice the movement of Spirit -- a space for the discovery and embodiment of our spiritual identity.

Whether we are meeting in person in my light-filled porch or virtually you can expect a sense of spaciousness and intention, a space where we learn to name the patterns that we encounter in ourselves and practice working with them. Where we experiment with new spiritual practices. A safe place to deconstruct old beliefs that no longer seem to fit, and reclaim our unique spirituality.
